Zaatar
Zaatar, the first wood fired manaeesh pizza restaurant in Dublin, is open Tuesday – Sunday 11 am – 6 pm. We serve up traditional manaeesh flatbread pizzas, a pillar of Middle Eastern and Lebanese cuisine.
We cook our manaeesh flatbread pizzas in a 500° woodfire oven to create a delicious smoky flavour, serving the manakish with either a zaatar & olive oil mixture, or their special 3 cheese blend (a mixture of Cypriot halloumi, Italian Fior di Latte and Palestinian Akkawi cheese).
